 Job Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a professional research advisory/consulting firm is a plus.
• Bachelor or Master degree from top tier universities majored in finance, business, or economics.
• Hardworking, outgoing, organized, multi-task oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and proven pride in workmanship.
• Polished communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point are a must.
• Be self-starters, effectively contribute in a team environment and willing to undertake secretarial and administrative work when necessary.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.

 Job Description

        Analyst’s primary responsibilities including but not restrict to the following:

• Industry research: Analyst should carry out comprehensive industry research under the guidance of senior professionals via publicly available information, attending industry conferences, interviewing industry experts, cold calling companies and executives, research through internet and through company proprietary database. The final delivery should be a comprehensive industry research report with specific company information;
• Deal due diligence: Analyst is typically involved with the full process of deal due diligence including business, financial and legal related matters. Analyses include five forces study of an industry, customer, supplier and competitor interviews, personal reference checks and working with professional firms supporting the due diligence process;
• Financial modeling: analyst is required to build financial models for both public and private companies;

• 对投资或并购公司的各个司法环节及相关要点了如指掌，能够起草相关中英文法律文书，并有与财务紧密合作的丰富经验；
• 3-5年司法实践经验，熟知各类经济类案件司法关键点，并能在整个过程中使公司保持有利态势；
• 为公司核心管理层的投资决策提供法律意见和法律风险的评估，并在整个过程中，不断降低相关的司法风险；
• 3-5年公司法咨询经验，尤以有大型著名跨国公司服务经验为佳，对于各类合同文本，特别是对于投资业务有丰富经验；
• 有律师事务所工作经验优先考虑；
• 法律专业，有律师资格，能用英语进行工作交流。

Job Qualifications

• Experienced in area of Merge and Acquisition, know the whole process and key points very well; capable of drafting the relevant legal papers in both English and Chinese independently; and being a good team player with financial/other department;
• Minimum of three-year legal experience, familiar with key points of all types of economic/commercial cases, capacity to prevent the company far away the disadvantages all the time;
• Providing the legal risk evaluation and advice to the core management on investment decision-making, and reducing the relevant legal risks during the deal;
• Minimum of three-year legal consulting experience, working experience in reputable multi-national company is a plus; familiar with all types of contractual agreements, especially legal papers of investment business;
• Working experience in law firm is preferred;
• At least bachelor degree in law, with practicing certificate, fluent in written and oral English.
